Adult Education – Pam Cardullo

Chesed – Alyce Isaacson

Committee dedicated to helping other congregants and members of our auxiliary organizations through acts of loving kindness. They provide a gift to families with a new baby and one meal to someone having a medical crisis. They provide one local Shiva platter to a family in our community during the Shiva period.

Fundraising – Pam Cardullo

Hazak – Marjorie & Stanley Cotler

To provide the Torat El 55+ community with specially designed social, spiritual and educational programming.

House – Warren Goode

Works with the Executive Director regarding upkeep of synagogue-owned buildings and properties.

Investments – Barry Shapiro

Marketing/Publicity – Lisa Arnold

Work closely with synagogue leadership professional staff and all committees to ensure that all communications going out from the synagogue accurately represent the views and interests of the congregation and work to promote a positive public image.

Member Support-Minyan – Lynne Kraft

Work with committee to make phone calls and appeals making sure our minyans are well attended in order to allow our members to say Kaddish when needed.

Membership – Suzanne Michel

Seek out new arrivals to the community, as well as non-affiliated residents to acquaint them with Congregation Torat El.  To call upon any member who resigns and seek to correct situations that have resulted in the resignation.

Minyan Support – Harvey Jacob

To support our daily morning and evening minyan

Religious School – Sherrie Robinson

Ritual – Mark Engel

To continually evaluate the religious growth of the synagogue and recommend steps to heighten commitment. 

Social Action – Marian Warshauer

To carry out the mission of fulfillment of mitzvoth through direct service, education about Jewish tradition and community issues and advocacy.

Stratetgic Planning – Andy Robins

To work to develop a mission statement, vision statement and long term goals

Technology – Howard Lang

Review, recommend, and implement technology to keep the synagogue up to date on all aspects of social media, web presence, communications, and office computing systems & network. 

Youth Activities – Linda Pickelny

To work as a laison between the Youth Director, Board of Trustees and parents ensuring that our children participate in a well rounded Kadima and USY program.
